Application Steps for EUR Programs

Thank you for your interest in studying at UC Irvine. The steps below include the application process for the Experience University Research (EUR) programs. Before you begin, please review the Registration Policies & Deadlines for EUR.

Step 1: Application Completion

Please download the Application Form and return the completed form to ApplyEUR@ce.uci.edu. Be sure to check the course/program prerequisites and before applying.

Applications and fees are due 14 days prior to the course/program start date.

Note: Applicants who reside in China should send their applications to our authorized Guangzhou Application Center. Please send an email to Mr. Ming Cai for more information

Step 2: Payment

Upon submission of completed applications, students will receive a payment link and list of required materials (if applicable). Applications will not be processed until fees are paid in full. Fees may also be paid by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, or American Express).

In order to ensure we are protecting sensitive credit card information, please do not send credit card information, including your personal account number, expiration date, and security code, via email. We kindly ask that any forms or documents containing any credit card information be sent via fax or mail or in person only.

Step 3: Confirmation of Acceptance

After all required fees have been paid, you will receive an official Letter of Acceptance (LOA) and Welcome Packet containing important course/program information.

NoteI-20s will not be issued for EUR Summer Programs while they are offered remotely. UCI DCE will resume issuing I-20s for EUR Summer Programs when they can safely be offered 100% on the UCI campus.
