Application Steps for EUR Online Programs
Thank you for your interest in studying at UC Irvine. The steps below include the application process for the Experience University Research (EUR) programs. Before you begin, please review the Registration Policies & Deadlines for EUR.
Step 1: Application Completion
Please download the Application Form and return the completed form to ApplyEUR@ce.uci.edu. Be sure to check the course/program prerequisites and before applying.
Applications are due 14 days prior to the course/program start date. However, it is recommended to apply more than 30 days in advance to help ensure there is space in the course/program.
Note: Applicants who reside in China should send their applications to our authorized Guangzhou Application Center. Please send an email to Mr. Ming Cai for more information
Step 2: Tentative Acceptance and Invoice
Upon submission of completed applications, students will receive a tentative acceptance letter, list of required materials (if applicable), and invoice. Fees my be paid by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, or American Express). In order to ensure we are protecting sensitive credit card information, please do not send credit card information, including your personal account number, expiration date, and security code, via email. We kindly ask that any forms or documents containing any credit card information be sent via fax or mail or in person only.
Step 3: Confirmation of Acceptance
After all required fees have been paid, you will receive an official Letter of Acceptance (LOA) and Welcome Packet containing important course/program information.

Note: I-20s will not be issued for EUR Summer Programs while they are offered remotely. UCI DCE will resume issuing I-20s for EUR Summer Programs when they can safely be offered 100% on the UCI campus.
